Start with opening a picture from your disk ( File >> Open ) , i’ll be using this one : PICTURE , you can downlaod it to follow with me .
Select the swimmer using the Lasso Tool (L)
Go to Select >> Refine Edge / Ctrl + alt + R & set the options as shown in the picture below and Click OK
You will notice a new layer with layer mask created , make sure your layers are similar to this . ( the new layer is invisible )
Select the background layer , and create a larger selection using the Lasso Tool again (L)
Go to Edit >> Fill >> OK
Finally ! no more swimmer =D
